My Reflections.

Hi, I'm here again! This time I'm going to tell you about a great learning experience, which are the fairs. This year, I participated in a biotechnology fair, where I had to prepare products that were Andean chicha and yogurt. During this process I learned that many aspects of Andean chicha and yogurt are not known completely. It´s was very interesting to know them. These products are very nutritious and bring a lot of benefits. Although this experience was very nice, we also had some drawbacks, one of them was that my group was conformed of three people, and this made that each one had to work twice! This generated that we got very tired. Another obstacle we had was that we could not find one of the main ingredients of yogurt, that is milk, because today in the country is difficult to found it. I think this kind of works should be performed more often, because the learning becomes more didactic, and forces us to learn how to organize and work together.
